Care and safe use guide
Every product page lists the size, modes, charging method and materials as stated by the manufacturer. A few simple habits keep your toys clean and working for longer.
Before first use
- Charge the toy fully with the cable in the box before the first use.
- Read the instructions included with the product, including any notes on water resistance.
- Wash the toy as described below.
Cleaning
- Wash before and after every use with warm water and mild unscented soap, or a toy cleaner.
- Rinse and let it air-dry fully before storing.
- Keep charging ports and buttons dry unless the product page says the toy is waterproof. Never boil, dishwash or microwave a toy with a motor or battery.
Lubricant
- Use a water-based lubricant with silicone toys. Silicone-based lubricant can damage silicone surfaces.
- Do not share a toy between partners without washing it, or use a condom over it.
Charging and storage
- Charge with a computer USB port or a standard 5V USB adapter. A power adapter is not included.
- Store each toy clean, dry and separately, in a pouch or its box, away from heat and direct sunlight.
Safe use
- Toys are for adults 18 and older and for external or internal use only as described on the product page.
- Anal toys must have a flared base or a handle and should be used with plenty of lubricant. Never insert a toy without one.
- Bondage gear: agree on a safe word, never leave a restrained person alone, keep cuffs loose enough to slide a finger under, and keep a way to release them quickly.
- Stop using a toy that is damaged, cracked or overheating. If you feel pain, numbness or irritation, stop and consult a doctor.
- If you are pregnant, have a medical device or a health condition, ask your doctor before use.
Choosing a size
Measurements on each product page are in inches and millimeters. Compare the insertable length and diameter with a toy you already own, and start smaller if you are new to a type of toy.
