Overview

Secret Loves is operated by Aurellian Selling Group LLC, 117 S Lexington St, Ste 100, Harrisonville, MO 64701, United States ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting secretloves.us or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Shipping, Return and refund, Cancellation and Privacy policies, which are part of these terms.

Adults only

The Site sells adult products. You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal age to buy adult products where you live, to visit the Site and to purchase. You are responsible for checking that the products are legal to own in your state and locality. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your password confidential.

Products and pricing

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. Product specifications such as size, modes, charging and materials are listed on each product page as provided to us by the manufacturer. We make every effort to show products accurately, but colors may look different on your screen. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or descriptions and to cancel orders affected by such errors, with a full refund.

Orders

We may limit quantities, refuse an order, or cancel an order for reasons including stock availability, suspected fraud, or an address outside our shipping area. If we cancel, we refund the full amount and notify you by email.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Standard shipping is free to the contiguous United States; orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered in 7–10 business days. Unopened items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery; opened items can be returned only if they arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect. Return shipping for items that are not damaged, faulty or incorrect is paid by the customer. Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Safe use

Use each product only as described on its product page and in the included instructions, with a compatible lubricant, and clean it before and after use. Anal toys must have a flared base or handle. Stop using a product that is damaged or causes pain or irritation, and consult a doctor if symptoms continue. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Keep products, cables and packaging away from children and pets.

Warranty and liability

Some products come with a manufacturer's warranty, which is noted on the product page where one is offered. Items that arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect are covered by our Return and refund policy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurellian Selling Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or products, including injury or damage caused by misuse, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and applicable US federal law. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Cass County, Missouri, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to another venue.

We may update these terms at any time by posting the new version here. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new terms.
