Shipping and privacy

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered in 7–10 business days. Orders ship from partner fulfillment centers inside the United States.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order to the contiguous United States, with no minimum. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses, PO boxes or outside the United States.

Is the packaging discreet?

Every order ships in a plain outer mailer or box. We do not print product names or pictures on the outside of the package.

How do I track my order?

We email a tracking link when your order is dispatched. You can also open the order status page from your order confirmation email.

Returns and cancellations

Can I return a toy?

For hygiene reasons, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery only for items that are unopened and in their original sealed packaging. Opened or used items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect. See the Return and refund policy for the full conditions.

What if an item arrives damaged or does not work?

Email support@secretloves.us with your order number and a photo or short video. Report shipping damage within 7 days of delivery, and faults within 30 days. We replace the item or refund it, at no cost to you.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge before the order is dispatched. Email support@secretloves.us with your order number as soon as possible. See the Cancellation policy.

Products and care

How do I clean my toy?

Before and after each use, wash it with warm water and mild unscented soap or a toy cleaner, rinse, and let it air-dry. Keep the charging port dry unless the product page says the toy is waterproof. Our Care and safe use guide has more detail.

Which lubricant should I use?

Use a water-based lubricant with silicone toys. Silicone-based lubricant can damage silicone surfaces.

How do the toys charge?

Most of our toys recharge with the USB cable in the box (magnetic or DC plug, as shown on the product page). A power adapter is not included; use a computer port or a standard 5V USB adapter.

Will it fit me?

Every product page lists the size in inches and millimeters, including the insertable length where the manufacturer provides it. Start smaller if you are new to a type of toy.

Payment and support

Which payments do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Shop Pay. Prices are in US dollars; sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, Bundle & Save: 10% off when your cart has 2 items and 15% off with 3 or more. Mix and match any products; the discount is applied automatically in your cart and at checkout, with no code needed. We do not offer other discount codes at the moment.

Do I need to be 18?

Yes. You must be 18 or older to buy from Secret Loves.
