Shipping policy

Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order delivered to the contiguous United States (the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.). There is no minimum order. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories, military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses, PO boxes, or outside the United States. If an order is placed to one of these addresses, we cancel it and refund the full amount.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are dispatched from our partner fulfillment centers inside the United States within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Delivery takes 7–10 business days after dispatch, usually by USPS. We do not offer paid express or overnight shipping at this time.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in a plain outer mailer or box. We do not print product names or pictures on the outside of the package. An order with several items may arrive in more than one package, each with its own tracking number.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed when the order is dispatched. If tracking has not updated for 5 days, email support@secretloves.us and we will open a trace with the carrier.

Delivery problems

If a package is marked delivered but has not arrived, check with household members and neighbors, then contact us within 7 days. If a package arrives damaged, keep the packaging and email photos within 7 days of delivery; we replace or refund damaged items at no cost to you.
